It presents a melding of traditional and modern aesthetics through its use of brickwork on metal framing and standing seam metal cladding. An additional perk for residents is the 3-storey link building which houses a guest lounge and gym, located on the first level.

Ferrum offers a diverse array of 188 residential units, ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments. These spaces extend outdoors to private and shared landscaped roof terraces, offering pockets of tranquility and panoramic views. The architectural design emphasizes a warehouse-like charm, achieved through stacked balconies and uniform window sizing on the exteriors, while interiors boast exposed services and concrete soffits, preserving the industrial ethos.

Activating the ground level, double-height retail units front the development, enhancing the vibrancy of Station Square and enriching the pedestrian experience en route to Wembley Stadium. The construction strategy highlighted an efficient use of off-site fabrication, including prefabricated bathroom pods, windows, and balconies to streamline the building process.

The effort to bring this ambitious residential scheme to life was a collaborative feat between White Ink Architects and McAleer & Rushe D&B Contractors, who worked diligently to materialize the RIBA Stage 2 design conceived by JTP.
