Furthermore, the refined proposal includes a contemporary two-storey extension at the fifth and sixth floors, thoughtfully designed to minimize impact on the neighboring properties and overall streetscape.

Following these consultations and revisions, a new planning application has been submitted to Westminster City Council for their review. The anticipation is that this application will be determined in the forthcoming months, marking a significant milestone in this project's timeline and potentially heralding a new chapter for these properties that seamlessly blends historical charm with modern standards of sustainability and luxury.
